When purchasing any proxy orders from the site you are hereby agreeing to the fact that no orders can be cancelled or returned.

All proxies are sent in a condition as advertised, however, if proxies become banned on a particular site during a customers term Zenith Proxies absorbs no liability and will not refund the customer.

Zenith Proxies may, at their discretion, terminate any service without compensation to customer if they believe a customer is acting in a way that may possibly damage the quality, reliability or security of Zenith Proxies' networks or services.

Any attempt to commit illegal activity with our services or break our Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate suspension of all services without refund and termination of your account.

Unauthorized resale or distribution of our services will lead to immediate suspension without refund.

Zenith Proxies retains the right to terminate a customer, without refund or compensation, at their discretion if they suspect a customer to be engaging in illegal activity or activity prohibited by the Terms of Use.

We are no longer able to offer a 1-hour refund period on incorrect/accidental purchases on our site due to new legal obligations with our partner datacenters. Please consult support admin@zenithproxies.com if you have any issues.

When purchasing any proxy orders from the site you are hereby acknowledging that proxies are a non-physical good and they will be sent to you via means of electronic communication such as email or twitter direct message. You are also acknowledging the fact that proxies are only temporarily active for a period descripted in each product's information sector, after this time they will be suspended and not be able to be used.

Zenith Proxies retains the right to enact maintenance on any of its services at any given time during a customers plan without compensation to the customer. Zenith Proxies retains the right to replace/change service products such as proxies and IP addresses during their term without warning; on doing so, customers will be notified of any change via email.

When purchasing any proxy orders from the site you are hereby acknowledging that cryptocurrency orders can not be refunded in any circumstances due to processing limitations, KYC processes and anti-money-laundering regulations. In cases where a refund would usually be provisioned but is unable to be due to use of cryptocurrency, credit will be given to the customer.
